About the course?


The modern mind and body has so much charge and tension due to challenges and uncertainties, which makes it impossible for most of us to be calm and at peace. This course is designed to balance our mind, body & soul .... which is needed so desperately right now in 2021 to redefine meaning and purpose in our lives.

The structured program of active meditations will prepare and shift the energy of our systems. Subsequently, our minds can have an opportunity to calm down and be still. 

Participants will be supported in an immersive, harmonising and cleansing experience during 21 days. They will practice 10 different active and passive Meditation techniques (please refer to the list of meditations below).  

Participants will shed, declutter and cleanse their minds and inner worlds in anticipation of the arrival of Spring.

Who is this course for?

​

This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners as well as seasoned meditators (experienced meditators will have the opportunity to deepen their practice further).

If you are someone who suffers from anxiety, stress or you are simply not at ease currently due to the hectic mind and thought patterns, this workshop will have a massive impact on your mental and emotional health and well being.

The structured Meditation techniques are designed to activate our vital life force and transform our lack of vitality and low energy.  

 

Why 21 day?

​

Our brain and energy system need 21 days (3 weeks) to establish and stabilise a habit, and develop new neurochemicals in the brain. The scheduled 10 meditation sessions will activate and recondition the body and mind during the 21- day time period.
