We are hosting the Family Constellation workshop in this stunning location, off the beaten path, in the quiet countryside near the historical town of Sintra.
This very special house (The Castle) is constructed with large blocks of Local stone which the owners came across during the excavation of this ancient land. Half of the lodge is positioned inside the earth, and with green roof above us, it exudes the solid and grounded mother earth energy, making the environment even more suitable to do the inner work and to conduct the constellations.

Optional accommodation available at the venue for those who prefer to stay overnight and relax in the serene and beautiful surroundings.
Single room: €75 per night, per person
Double room (Shared): €45 per night, per person

We offer wholesome and delicious food during the workshop, prepared and cooked by our wonderful chef Shani. Shani creates the food and snacks for us from locally sourced produce and imbues it with love.

The Family Constellation workshop spans over two full days, and participants are expected to attend the entire duration, each day.

What is Family Constellation?
Family Constellation stands out as a powerful therapy for those grappling with persistent challenges in life—whether it's recurring relationship issues, health concerns, or career and financial setbacks. This approach views these challenges as symptoms, signalling an underlying energetic imbalance or knot within one's energy system.

In essence, Family Constellation is a systemic method/therapy for understanding and healing family dynamics, emphasising the flow of life energy within our familial and ancestral connections. At times, the life energy encounters blockages or knots, which results in various issues and problems in our day-to-day life. The aim of Constellation work is to address and resolve these issues by focusing particularly on healing the root cause of the symptoms or problems. Many of our challenges (directly or indirectly), find roots in the dynamics of our ancestors and our original family.

During Family Constellation sessions, participants engage in the process of healing past traumas by re-establishing a healthy connection with their ancestors.
